The conference room is the perfect place for your team meetings and brainstorms. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people at the conference table but can accommodate up to 15 guests with some added chairs with no table access. The room is furnished with comfortable leather chairs around a long table, as well as a medium-sized flatscreen TV perfect for presentations. An easel and markers can be provided if needed.
The room is tastefully decorated, with natural light coming through to make it even more inviting. With all these features, your team will be able to focus on their tasks without any distractions.

-No DJ, dancing, or amplified music of any kind will be allowed.
-Tents are not permitted in the Garden.
-The Driveway is not to be used as a storage area for catering equipment, garbage, or any other items.
-Catering permitted for select packages, limited preparation available on site.
-Cooking is not allowed.

The historic Rectory on Princess Street is located at the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, minutes from King Street. It was originally the rectory of Christ Church, formerly George Washington's church. The building has been owned by a number of distinguished Virginians since then and was turned into a commercial office in the 1960s.
