Host rules

CATERING
You can bring your own cater or you can use one of our associated catering services. There is an extra cleaning fee if food is served.

OVERTIME
The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they have received. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card.

Any water, drinks and food should be removed from the floors and mopped immediately.

FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Please refer to Forever Dancing Ballroom Terms/Conditions and overtime/cancellation policies for all other rules.

MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame, or cooking allowed.
An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for events using confetti, excessive glitter as decor, and food service.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit fee of $300 is required, it will be refunded if the event is returned in the same conditions received.

All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking.
Our space is Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
