Top of the Town is a world-class conference facility available for any type of event. The elegant facility has floor-to-ceiling windows with unrivaled views of Washington D.C. landmarks as well as the Potomac River. The hilltop penthouse "room with a view" provides a panoramic view of the Nation's Capital, including the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol, the Jefferson Memorial, the Iwo Jima Memorial, the Kennedy Center, National Airport... even as far away as the FedEx Field Stadium. The views are breathtaking anytime, day or night. Our conference facility is appropriate for anything from a meeting for 2 up to a presentation for 180 standing, and 150 seated.
