No smoking in the building

Outside catering is allowed
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours.
Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
Furniture
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
Miscellaneous
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved to backroom or different studio.
Decoration can be added and removed.

We have 3 fully equipped studio spaces. Whether you're recording a podcast, filming content for your brand, leading an interview, or capturing stunning photography, our studio can bring your vision to life.
Our studio features an open-plan layout, allowing for easy customization and flexibility in setting up different scenes or recording areas. The main set is spacious, and perfect for larger setups and group scenes, while we also have more intimate corners ideal for solo shoots, interviews, or podcast recordings.
Unique features of our studios include premium video and audio recording, high-quality lighting rigs adaptable for any mood, soundproofing for crystal-clear audio recording, and a stunning backdrop for photography of all kinds.
The studio also has a cozy lounge area, providing a comfortable space for breaks, brainstorming sessions, or casual discussions.
Our sets are engineered with the modern media landscape in mind, blending aesthetic appeal with cutting-edge technology.
To enhance your visit, we provide an onsite representative dedicated to welcoming you and facilitating access to the space. Once your booking is confirmed, expect to receive detailed instructions on how to access the studio 24 hours before your session.
