About this space
Our star ingredient being corn, we’ve outsourced 12 different kinds of corn that we grind daily for our all tortillas, that are made fresh per order.
Some of our key ingredients, Oaxaca and Chihuahua cheeses used in our quesadillas, as well as our chiles, are all imported from Mexico for their higher quality.
Our goal at Hoja is also to showcase the heirloom corn and all the Mexican flavors from different neighborhoods and cities, and to tell the story of the corn farms through our food and tortillas.
