Host rules
1. COVID Regulations: Follow all COVID regulations and restrictions as outlined by Hill Prince and local health authorities.
2. Party Size & Beverage Minimum: Accurately report party size. Meet the agreed beverage minimum or be charged the balance to the credit card on file.
3. Setup/Breakdown Time: One hour for setup and one hour for breakdown included. Extra time is $150 per hour.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 72 hours incur a full charge.
5. Smoking Policy: No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vape, cannabis) indoors. Smoking allowed only on the courtyard patio. Indoor smoking incurs a $500 cleaning fee.
6. Decorations: Decorations must not damage walls or surfaces. Damage will result in additional charges.
