Welcome to Sushi by Bou at the CitizenM Hotel, located on the rooftop of L’Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC. Here, we offer a unique Omakase experience, where our talented chefs serve up either a 12-course Signature Omakase for $65 or a 17-course Bou-gie Omakase for $100.
Our hours of operation are Wednesday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with hourly seatings available. On Fridays and Saturdays, we’re open from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with the last seating starting at 11:00 PM. Sundays follow a similar schedule from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
With seating for 10 at our intimate counter, Sushi by Bou provides a close-knit dining experience, allowing guests to enjoy the art of sushi-making up close. For a more private affair, we also offer a private dining room, perfect for special occasions.
Our rooftop location adds an extra layer of charm, offering beautiful views of the city to accompany your meal. We serve dinner, desserts, and a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and hard liquor. Catering services are also available for private events.
We accept all major credit cards and offer street parking. While we don’t provide delivery or takeout options, we invite you to join us for a dine-in experience you won’t forget. Reservations are highly encouraged, so please visit our website to secure your spot.
