Who doesn’t like to soak in the sun by the pool? Sunshine is a little slice of paradise with a scenic pool area on the house campus. Sunshine is ideal for pre or post-wedding events, birthday parties, and family gatherings. It can accommodate up to 40 guests. There is a huge covered patio with ceiling fans. Guests can be seated around the pool or on the patio.
Sunshine has a beautiful hula hut on one side and a rustic pergola on the other side where both of them have LED lights for a spectacular night view.
The pool is 5 ft depth and has a slide on one of the sides and pool chairs. Sunshine can be decorated with string lights passing over the pool which gives a perfect shot for pictures for nighttime parties. Sunshine comes along with the house where a half bath is accessible from the patio area.

Host rules
1. No Smoking in venue spaces or at the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
2. Outdoor music should be only lite music and should end by 9 pm.
3. Indoor music can be amplified only up to the 80-decibel limit. Venue Staff or Security has the right to ask to turn down the volume if it's causing disturbance to neighbors.
4. Subwoofers are strictly NOT allowed. DJs need to be informed.
5. If alcohol is being served during the event Security personnel need to be onsite mandatorily. The client has to hire the security from Venue's preferred vendors list. Alcohol serving should end by 11 pm max.
6. Fireworks will need to be prior approved and need to be done only by venue-approved vendors.
7. Parking needs to be done only in the designated parking area. Vehicles cannot get onto any of the lawn areas.
8. Event end time is 11:59pm max. Any additional hours should be preapproved.
