My team is picky and difficult to impress, but everyone raved about the ambiance, the food, and the drinks. Every appetizer we ordered was someone's favorite! Most everyone stayed after our event to continue hanging out as they were enjoying themselves so much. We plan to book again the next time we're in Chicago.
We had a small hiccup when our original contact left The Bassment, but once we figured out who our new coordinator was, we had no further issues. They were able to make corrections to the menu selections and get us set up for the event.
