Communication with Phillip was excellent. You really get precise instructions so that your event goes off without any snags. Great corner location and access to the sound system was clutch.
The neighborhood has gotten more popular so parking was a small challenge but definitely not horrible or anything to frown at.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
