About Spacious Modern Retro Home

This space is a Modern Home equipped with 7 rooms (4 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 professional recording studio, 1 movie theatre), 6 bathrooms, an ADU which has been turned into a gym, a swimming pool with a hot tub, a garage, and a large backyard with a gazebo. It was recently renovated, and all appliances and furniture are brand new and custom made for the space. Every room along with the backyard has SONOS wireless speakers--you can play music which can be heard throughout the whole house through an app on your phone.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential with plenty of street parking. However, the house is minutes away from several main streets with access to everything you could need and near a bus stop. This space is perfect for parties, meetings, photo and video shoots, and for miscellaneous events.
