Please note we do not host private parties such as birthdays, baby showers etc.
We are located at the corner of Broadway & Olympic – a historic and upcoming area of DTLA, opposite to the ACE Hotel and Acne Studios, sharing foot traffic with Formerly Yes, A.P.C., Aesop, and Oak, Apple Tower Theatre. It has one large storefront with wrap-around window displays on either side of the space. The rental includes the usage of the 1st floor.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
