About Unique Beach Front House

Our house is perfect for photo, video, and film productions looking for a one-of-a-kind beach-front home with character in every corner. This Santa Barbara home is the closest home to the ocean in all of Santa Barbara.

Owned by a local artist, the Beach house is a very colorful, vibrant beach bungalow! The strong nautical theme through out! If you are looking for a unique and colorful experience, you have come to the right place!

We provide an approximate location to help with your planning. We will provide the physical address once a scout or booking is planned.

FAQ

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
