About Beach Dancer Films & Events

Ocean, a quiet area, a Zen spa-like atmosphere, a large patio garden with a sauna. Underground parking, large vehicle parking for Grip, a kitchenette, a bathroom, an ocean patio, sunshades, cabanas, sun umbrellas, a walk street. Makeup area, green screens, and photography.

This ocean-side space has been hosting classes starting with the Learning Annex in 2003, to the 5 Elements Acupuncture School, to daily events for birthdays and anniversaries. Additional amenities include film and photography services for weddings or events, yoga retreats, mini wellness festivals with set-up areas for products, massages, and bridal showers, and a licensed marriage officiant.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
