The Studio-B rental facilities are conveniently located at the corner of Cahuenga and Victory Blvd. in North Hollywood.
Our two private studios are bright and airy and feature high ceilings and large workspaces with a comfortable lobby/reception area adjacent to each with a studio kitchen available for your use.
Our studio space is perfect for casting, dance, acting, or yoga classes, workshops, photography sessions, or rehearsals of any kind. It’s an ideal set-up for large or smaller casting sessions or for a theater company that wants to “move in,” leaving props and sets in the studio while rehearsing.
The location and structural dynamics of the facilities create's a noise-absorbent environment - perfect for bands that need space to rehearse!

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
