This house is Everything! Sofia is so nice and accommodating. She let me drop off items early, which was such a great help! The house is beautiful and very spacious. I had the best birthday here and lots of people inquired about its use for their own events. Lots of street parking. Would use this house again and again and again. It’s PERFECT!!

Sofia and David are absolutely amazing hosts! They went above and beyond in accommodating us for our baby shower, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Sofia was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The house was the perfect venue for our event, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas that comfortably hosted for 100 guests. We even had a smashburger station in the backyard (shoutout to Hangaburs!), which was a huge hit! If I could give Sofia and David a 20 out of 10, I definitely would! Thank you both for helping create such a beautiful memory with our family and friends.

Sofia's home is very nice, with stylish furniture and decor. It was the perfect amount of space for our guests! The backyard was perfect for the bounce house too. Sofia was very easy to communicate with! Very considerate too. I was able to leave some items for the party prior to our reservation. Would definitely recommend this venue! And we will most probably be back. Thank you, Sofia!

We had such a wonderful experience with renting Sofia's house! The house is gorgeous, the layout is so spacious, beautifully decorated has everything you need. We celebrated my baby's 1st birthday, had about 30 guests and it was so awesome. Location is super convenient, easy to get to, plenty of parking. Sofia is a great host and a kind human being. Really hope we can rent her house again for another event.

Our beautiful Mid-Century Modern home in Studio City is perfectly located, just a short walk from Universal Studios. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with wide streets and plenty of street parking. The large living room and sunroom open up to the backyard, creating a great space for parties and gatherings. We’ve hosted baby showers and even a laser tag party here, showing how perfect the space is for all kinds of events.
The home is bright and filled with natural light, making it feel warm and welcoming. The open layout lets people move easily between the inside and the backyard. The big backyard offers lots of room to set up activities or just relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
It’s a great spot for private events, film shoots, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, thanks to its unique look and convenient location near Universal Studios.
