It was fantastic! The house is wonderful and perfectly set up for big gatherings. Sofia is the best host, so helpful and welcoming, and really went the extra mile to help everything go smoothly (took the rental delivery in, gave us time to clean up…). Thank you for everything, highly recommend!

The venue was the perfect space to host our birthday celebration for about 20-30 people attending. This is really the perfect space for an evening of home entertainment & hosting. The atmosphere was immaculate and really prompted a more intimate, chill space for people to gather around great food, great people, and wonderful conversations. We had access to the kitchen to store the outside catering and plenty of seating for guests to dine and chat.
Sofia is an excellent communicator, clear about the house rules, and made it an inviting space to host our birthday celeration. I would love to host more events in this beautiful home. Thank you Sofia for making this happen!

About Mid Century Modern House
Our beautiful Mid-Century Modern home in Studio City is perfectly located, just a short walk from Universal Studios. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with wide streets and plenty of street parking. The large living room and sunroom open up to the backyard, creating a great space for parties and gatherings. We’ve hosted baby showers and even a laser tag party here, showing how perfect the space is for all kinds of events.
The home is bright and filled with natural light, making it feel warm and welcoming. The open layout lets people move easily between the inside and the backyard. The big backyard offers lots of room to set up activities or just relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
It’s a great spot for private events, film shoots, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, thanks to its unique look and convenient location near Universal Studios.
