The space offers adjustable track lighting, natural daylight, street-level access, and is close to dining options. It includes flexible art studios, moving walls for customizable layouts, a green room, lounge area, and two bathrooms. Additional speakers, tools, chairs, and tables are available, with easy load-in access through double doors.
