Located in the newly renovated 801 S Marquette building and steps away from Nicollet Mall, Workbox Downtown sits in the heart of Minneapolis’s shopping, dining, and entertainment district. This space features both industrial and contemporary touches from exposed brick to glass-enclosed office spaces.
Each office and suite also come fully equipped with 60” electronic sit to stand desks. A large open kitchen and numerous lounge areas provide members with ample space to connect with one another. Additional building amenities include direct access to the Skyway System, a coffee and wine bar by Gray Fox, a rooftop terrace, and a new tenant-only fitness center.
