FloLo Holistic was an exceptional venue for our intimate gathering of about 20 folks. The team was responsive and the space is top-tier. Seriously...it's used as a yoga studio: there are massive skylights, and the whole space oozes positive, warm energy.

We hosted our son's bar mitzvah at Flo Lo Holistic and it was a great event! The space was magnificent with views of midtown and access to a private outdoor space.
We had about 40 guests and there was plenty of room. FloLo provided some tables and chairs and we brought in food from one of the many nearby places. We had access to a full kitchen downstairs and a small fridge and sink on the main floor.
We did not take advantage of the treatment rooms, but we would like to in our next event. This was a great find and we will definitely be back!

The venue was exactly as described with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Joel was easy to work with when he made himself available. Central location near parking garages and public transportation anywhere in the city.
This is a wellness facility that offers class throughout the week so start times for outside can be later during the week. It was a rush for me to set up as the last class did not end until 15 minutes before class. Joel did mention the timing issue to me the day before my event and give me options for a good resolution. Our host was not available during the entire event but that didn't present a problem for us, just a concern when we didn't see anyone hosting us for about an hour. I would say communication with event hosts could improve in the weeks before any event.
