With a minimalist, clean interior, hardwood floors, and varied backdrops such as brick and glass, the loft is a blank canvas ready for your unique touch.
Located in a dynamic, upscale neighborhood, our loft is surrounded by boutiques, cafes, and eateries, with easy access to major subways (6, N, R, B, D, F, Q, C, E, J, M, Z) and Citibikes. Amenities include track lighting, locked elevator access, HVAC, and 24/7 entry, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests. Our dedicated team and on-site support make us a top choice for hosting successful events.
We also offer kids-friendly amenities for rent, making this space perfect for hosting children's birthday parties. Please note that the minimum rental duration is two days. Standard procedures include a security deposit, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing our company as additional insured, and responsibility for acquiring necessary permits and hiring security or fire guards if needed. Cancellations up to 24 hours from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
