The host was very efficient throughout the process, and offered on-site assistance during the setup of the event. The place was well maintained and offered a good level of flexibility with its space. I would definitely recommend it.

About Event Loft 1201

This space is perfect for business events, it also includes two large conference rooms for break outs, also available for private parties for an added rate, see listing!

Our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district on 38th Street and 8th Avenue, has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 80+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 80 people. We have 10 professional 6-feet tables and several conference room tables.

Studio facts: Multiple meeting and shooting areas, plus break out and conference rooms available, quiet central AC, with 11ft ceilings. The event loft Studio 1201 has about 2,500 sq. ft of open space but also has a welcoming entrance area and 2 conference rooms, a 4K Projector & screen, large 85” smart TV, professional 4000W sound system, 4 mics system, and ultra-fast 2,000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet.
The studio loft is equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator, sink, tea kettle, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and a hot/cold filtered water dispenser. The studio has also a private bathroom and additional bathrooms are available in the hallway. Studio 1201 is a perfect sales environment for high-end brands.
