About Spectacular Townhouse
Huge space with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the East Village. The house has a spacious patio garden accessed directly through the kitchen. The patio garden is surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides, making it truly an oasis in the city.
The house is spectacular, with a modern, industrial design and high ceilings inside. Outside, there's a 720-square-foot patio garden with a pergola illuminated by fairy lights at night. The living room has a fireplace, and the dining room table seats 8-10.
