Two spacious retail spaces (1,500 sq. ft. and 3,000 sq. ft.), currently home to art galleries, are available for event rentals. Featuring multiple rooms, clean, well-lit interiors with track lighting, and a prime location in a historic Lower East Side building. Open to various events, with a preference for those that complement the gallery setting.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
