Optional Blackout or Green Screen film studio for any large or small production. Our space features a rare tall 18 foot ceiling with overhead grid fully outfitted with app controlled lights for effects or precision lighting.
Whether you have a commercial, feature film, music video or dance production, our space is perfect for you!
Our building fits up to 2 cars and over 100 people. With our huge sliding door, we provide easy access to box trucks for offloading equipment and props.
All of our rental packages include essential lighting and grip equipment.
