More than a wellness center, Well & Wonder is a gathering and healing center for the community.
In our studio, we offer a variety of therapeutic healing traditions: yoga, meditation, and sound baths for mind, body, and spirit. You can get stronger with morning group fitness/ weight training classes and try something new on your health and wellness journey with Xingyiquan Chinese Martial Arts. Special events such as painting parties, Girl's Night Unwind & Wine, breath workshops, and sound baths are also on the special events calendar every month.
We invite you to connect with our vibrant and qualified instructors. We cater to all levels within this judgment-free space.
