About Fly by Nite Rehearsal Studio
With an 40x42m (1680sqm) open plan area of uninterrupted floor space it provides a blank canvas for any event. This big space can cater up to 3300 standing people 1500 theatre style. With an 18 m floor to ceiling height it can have a wide variety of events and functions, trade shows and exhibitions. With a rigging grid to provide any hanging additions we have a 500 ton load capacity and no restriction on where points can go. Black drape covering all walls creating a almost seamless backdrop to work from. With a exclusive use of the building be assured of solo and private use. Perfect for private events and product launches. Plenty of parking on site. 21 4* decorated double bed rooms all with en-suite, there is even a sauna on site. 2 Production offices, 5 dressing rooms, a catering floor ready for any team to bring their equipment in and a green room. Lock ups also on site for storage during the hire.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
