The staff at the venue couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. They were so friendly and had set the room up perfectly, putting the heating on ready for us to start and also allowing my colleague to stay beyond the booked time.
Also a really beautiful room, exactly as pictured.
The only thing which would make the venue even better would be for us to be able to book hot drinks and snacks in rather than having to use the main cafe. The coffees were great it just took us some time to order as is used by other people too. If there was a way of ordering and having them brought to the room that would be even better.

The venue looks amazing, all the guests passed on their compliments. The care, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was top tier. They allowed us to come in a few hours before to help set up and provided us with the tools necessary. The communication and assistance I had with Kika prior to the event date made me comfortable about choosing this venue. Thanks Kika! Highly recommend this place.
We ordered the chicken and vegetables kebabs which were okay however the pizza was slightly bland. I think we may have been expecting wood fired fresh pizza but this was cold however I understand that this was done in advance for the buffet. I appreciate the hard work!

The venue is absolutely stunning and was perfect for our event of 200 people. Kika was amazing at communicating and organising the event with us. She was really friendly and helpful and eased the stress of organising a ball as a student. The staff on the night were also lovely and everything ran smoothly.

The Fazeley Room with its twinkling overhead lights is the perfect place to enjoy a meal for up to 150 guests.
