The Old Drumbank Studios is home to short-term hire space 'Lightforge Studio', a multi-use blank canvas creative space that is available to book for a half-day, day or longer. The building also houses multi-disciplinary workspace, with an existing community of different artists, small businesses, musicians and a specialist second-hand record store.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
