Great communication, help and support in booking and requests for the evening from booking dept and venue managers prior to the date.
Attentive staff on arrival, explained plan for evening and rearranged slight change to table/seating on request.
Several guests gave great compliments to the food.
Unfortunately food that was pre ordered ran out.
Special dietary requirement pre ordered as per website was not available on the night.
Some meals arrived after others had finished eating.
