Very easy to deal with, nothing was a problem, good communication, great value, staff on the night were superb.

Kevin and the team at Le Monde were very attentive from start to finish with the plans for my son's 21st in The Dirty Martini. They did everything and more to ensure we had all the information we needed, and they were always happy to meet us at the venue beforehand for continued discussions about table and buffet set ups. On the evening they were amazing at helping us set up for the party without a hint of bother. The bar staff were incredibly helpful and the party could not have been better. I have been telling everyone that they should use this venue. It's central, great value, enclosed for your guests, there's lift access (great for granny to get in and out and for the youngsters to get direct entry to the club below afterwards.
I don't like the messaging system that is used by the team. It is confusing and you can't see the whole message when it comes in or the order of messages. Direct emailing would be much better.

The space was excellent for a bit of privacy but also having the atmosphere of the bar so close by. Our server, I think her name was Joyce, was so lovely and accommodating!
