Dating back to the 17th Century and once famously hosting Royalty, Dukes, Lords & Ladies lies the newly launched Green Gate Lawn. Broad views over the horse paddocks and up the gentle slopes of the Downs towards the most famous racecourse in England sits the private home, Green Gate Outdoor Event Lawn.

Located in the Woodcote area of Epsom, Surrey (within the M25) The 4-acre property was landscaped in the 17th century, today the expansive flat lawns, mowed into perfect stripes, provide an ideal setting for all manner of marquee events against the backdrop of a very pretty, red-brick mini-stately home built in the mid-1700s.

With multiple versatile outdoor spaces, our venue provides the ideal backdrop for your marquee live event. Until now the estate has been enjoyed privately by owners and friends. The outdoor immaculate space is now exclusively available to hire for wedding receptions, blessings, corporate events and private celebrations. The beautiful outdoor lawns are a blank canvas for you to create your dream wedding, perfect outdoor summer garden party or corporate away day.

A 20-minute walk to Epsom mainline station with direct lines into Waterloo, Victoria & London Bridge and parking onsite for 15 - 20 cars the venue is perfectly loaded within the leafy Surrey suburbs being close enough to London for easy transport.
