Margo is the newest restaurant and venue from esteemed restaurant group, Scoop. Opened in 2024, the restaurant was awarded the coveted Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide in just 16 weeks.
Conveniently located in the Merchant City area of Glasgow's city centre, Margo is a new drinking and dining spot, serving snacks, small plates and sharing dishes that highlight curated seasonal produce, sourced from the finest growers and makers.
