Its low ceilings and exposed brickwork give it an intimate and intriguing vibe, especially when paired with retro decor. Here at The Basement late bar & club, we mix up alternative music & entertainment, cocktails & a happy vibe, to bring something that bit different to the Leicester scene. With soul, funk, hip hop, reggae, dance & bass, and just about everything in between, we've got it going on.
And because we are also available for private hire, you can host your own thing too. The nightclub can accommodate 70 to 150 guests, plus, it’s available seven days a week. Please note, events are for guests 18 and older. Let us help make your occasion special at The Basement.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
