The location is in liverpool city center near the princess dock/river which made the exterior more extravagant.
Entering the hotel, it gives you the feeling of comfort, luxury and class.
All the staff, particularly Cristina, are very helpful, hands on and accommodating from day one until the end of the wedding ceremony. They helped with all preparations, very organized and very easy to contact. They exceeded our expectations and all the guests are amazed with the place and coordinators. The food as well is amazingly pleasant and delicious. They easily find solution to last minute changes. Overall, we are very happy with the services that even our guests said that it was perfect and they want to have an event as well in the place.
No free parking for guests, and the nearby paid parking is expensive.

Staff were very helpful throughout booking and keeping us up-to-date responded quickly to ant enquiries x
On the evening of our party there was no sign or staff on hand to guide guests to party location (those who arrived later than start time) so they were sat downstairs in bar until they were able to contact one of us to let them know where to go something for venue to bear in mind for other events held there on whole though fabulous experience x

We chose our venue during the pandemic and took a leap of faith as we were actually unable to view it in person, however this totally paid off, when we were able to visit it was even better than expected. Sophie ran through everything with us in detail and as someone who is very detail orientated this made me feel more relaxed and less like a bridezilla ha! The communication was excellent throughout and when our special day arrived everyone was very helpful! From helping us set up our room for our wedding breakfast, serving our food/drinks and the overall service from the waiting staff was incredible. We had the most amazing day! Thank You so much.
