The venue was light, spacious, and had a screen which was very easy to connect to (including an HDMI to USB C adaptor, which is rare!). It was in a great location, we had no issues with the wifi, and the excellent free coffee was a bonus!
It's worth being aware that there are multiple flights of narrow stairs up to the room. (2 flights from the ground level to the room, and 3 from the bathroom as that's on the lower ground floor). It wasn't a problem for anyone in our group, but could be if there is anyone with mobility issues.

Tech facilities were good, and it included a flipchart
Tables could be broken up into smaller units so some level of reorganisation of the room is possible
The glass door to the room was a bit thin so we could hear the coffee shop quite loudly - a bit disruptive
Going downstairs to the counter for coffee instead of having coffee in the room - it means that people break out of the room with all of the good and bad effects that that entails.
The room was a decent size for sitting around the table or for breaking the big table into smaller pieces, but there wasn't enough space to fully break out from table use.

Good sized meeting room in a great location with friendly staff.
Noise does carry up the stairs and it can be a little loud. Other cafe customers kept blocking the access way to the room with bags and laptop cords and didn't seem to care which was a little frustrating. I appreciate this was outside the cafe's control.

Great space, great location, super service.
Wouldn't be ideal if you were discussing highly sensitive topics as conversations could be heard in the public space when it was quiet but fine for our purposes this time.

The venue has 4 storeys including a lovely cafe serving some of the finest coffee and baked goods in the city as well as a spacious meeting room/co-working space on the top floor fully equipped for board meetings, workshops and full day co-working.
