The Venue was perfect for our event. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. This meant a lot as we had guests from ages 5 months :) Venue is bright and spacious. All our guests had only good things to say and we had a fantastic afternoon/ early evening at Vagabond Monument.
The Lounge is a fantastic space for larger group gatherings, you should just be aware that on warm days it gets really hot in there and super sunny. Blinds might be helpful to invest in. On cloudy days those beautiful big windows are a bliss and that was one of the reasons we opted for this venue. Minor detail but good to be aware :)

Venue is a great location. The mezzanine is a nice space and while above the rest of the bar still has the bar vibes. Dealing with Jess via TagVenue was lovely and she was really helpful. I like the concept of Vagabonds, people are able to get what they want, and at the costs they want which is great and they do have beers (sadly the beer vending didn't seem to be working). There was a lovely member of staff, I didn't catch her name, from America who talked me through a bunch of the wines and gave some really great advice! Brought our own decorations (don't forget tape) and they stored our cake which was great (it was a hot evening).
I had two issues that were a bit of a disappointment, 1) it was not made clear to me that the deposit is not given back to you if the minimum spend is met which is what I had understood - you have to spend it on either pre orders or on the night (apparently this is stated somewhere in the T&Cs but really wasn't clear). 2) at the end of the night there were 4 of us left, and there was no-one asking us to leave / letting us know when they closed and as we were leaving we were met with a brusque / cross 'hurry up or I will miss the last train!!' from staff - we hadn't been asked to leave, we were making our way out of the venue as it happened and it felt like a sour way to end the night when they could have just said ten mins earlier 'we need to close bang on 12, can you start wrapping up please'. Lastly, I have had an email from Vagabonds saying thanks for the amazing review which wasn't from me...
