The venue is beautiful and in a great location
I am absolutely disappointed in the service I have received from Flow Dance. I hired this venue for a very special occasion and it turned out to be a very unnecessarily stressful and disappointing experience. - The communication between the staff and the staff to the client is appalling. - Managnemt are never available by phone and take forever to respond to emails. - Ts & Cs are not made clear and have resulted in costing me additional charges, which Flow Dance are responsible for and are not willing to rectify - Organisation of managing the venue is also very poor, and staff are unaware themselves of their own policies - I would not recommend hiring this venue if you want a stress free event

The venue is in general good clean maintenance and appealing decorative order. There is ample space in the larger studios for a large party and the ceiling to floor wall mirrors add an air of grandeur. Interaction with staff at the venue is majorly respectful and understanding. Staff at the venue both prior to and during my event proved sufficiently helpful and accommodating.
For persons attending the venue for the first time it is a bit challenging to locate the venue's main entrance as access is via the general Business Park yard which presents a faux ground floor. The venue's direction indicates location on the ground floor whilst it is actually located on the lower ground floor.
