Dionne, the Venue Manager, was very responsive - I received a response within 24 hours whenever I made contact.
The venue is so well-run and the staff are friendly. Venue met all of my requirements and the costs were reasonable.
My event went so well, no hitches! Grateful to the entire Silks team.
