We had our wedding reception at the Milestone, and it was nothing short of amazing. Emma was so helpful, calm, and flexible throughout our planning process, and on the day everyone made sure we had the best time. It all ran smoothly, they were able to adapt to last minute changes, and all the guests loved the location - it is so beautiful. We were able to start with canapés in the Park Lounge, then had a delicious afternoon tea in the Windsor Suite, to end with drinks in the bar. I highly recommend this venue, all the staff, and Emma as an event planner, if you're looking to host a wedding or event.

Loved the style of the venue. Impeccable service during the booking process and on the day. Our wedding lunch was beautiful and the food and staff excellent. Emma was great through the whole process. This hotel is perfect for a wedding.

Everything. This venue exceeded all of our expectations and provided a luxury experience from start to finish. All staff members went above and beyond for us and it felt like we were in a private residence. A true personal touch and romantic feel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, very considerate. The room itself was perfect! They paid good attention to detail and made our day as special as it could have been. We had great communication, from day one with Emma to the people who helped us on the day, including Leo. They catered to our specific needs and nothing was too much for them.
The food was reasonable, but probably not good value for money. With that being said, it was delivered in a timely manner, was well presented and well organised. Good portion size.
