Staff weren't very engaging. Abrupt security at the front door that didn't want to let me in without a pass.

No biscuits despite the fact that we paid for it
We could hear people from the meeting room next to us which was perturbating our speakers (they had to say several times "Sorry I can't hear you due to the noise, could you repeat?")
