Bethany was a brilliant help throughout the process.
The receptionist (American female) was unfortunately notably rude to myself, our speaker and most of the group.
This had an immediately negative impact on what was until this point (with Bethany) a brilliant experience.
Not only were we not allowed into the room on time, (15 minutes early as agreed) but were told off when arriving for holding the door open for someone (unsure who it was). I was quite taken aback by this and it has affected my consideration of booking this venue again in the future.

Over 2014 and 2015, The Passage carried out a complete refurbishment of St Vincent’s Centre which enabled it to create Cathedral View, a beautiful and unique venue space that will provide further sustainable income for the homeless charity, The Passage.
Cathedral View is located just 3 minutes from Victoria station and sits on the 5th floor of the St Vincent’s Centre, home of The Passage, a homelessness charity whose mission is to provide resources which encourage, inspire and challenge homeless people to transform their lives.
At Cathedral View we offer everything you would expect from a professional venue, including a bright and modern space with a full range of built-in IT and AV equipment, but with the added knowledge that your booking really does make a difference to homeless people in London.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
