I recently hosted a surprise birthday party at Glasshaus, and it was a fantastic experience! All the staff were very helpful and ensuring everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Amy who was excellent in communication and Beata who helped me with catering, and Neve, Duty Manger on the day, was efficient and welcoming. The venue itself is charming and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Guests loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a memorable event.

I had such a great experience at Glasshaus. From start to finish -- everything was smooth and clear. I talked to Amy over email who made everything clear. On the day, Finn was so helpful and solved all of my issues immediately.
The venue itself was perfect for my event and I received so many compliments on it. As well as the drinks! And lots of guests went around to get food, so that was super convenient.
Overall, I'm very pleased and hope to use your venue again in the future. It's my first time ever hiring a venue and planning an event, so I'm just happy everything went smoothly.
The microphone setup worked well, as well as the music (Finn lent me one of their laptops!), and they turned the heating on so my guests weren't cold.
Plus, there was a restroom right outside, which was super convenient.
The only challenge is that it is a bit hard to locate the Glasshaus inside MM -- but the staff is friendly to direct you!
MM is a bit of a maze no matter what, so this is nothing specific to Glasshaus itself. I would recommend maybe directing your guests a bit more prior/on the day! That's on me :)

The venue was fantastic, the manager on duty (Neve) was attentive, communicative, friendly, and catered for our every need. The bar staff were also so friendly and efficient. The prepaid food cards worked really well and allowed everyone to eat whatever they wanted, as well as creating a bit of an activity. Best experience, would recommend to anyone.
