There were some technical difficulties during the event which did pause partying for a few minutes

Lovely staff and super accommodating to everyone. Had an amazing time, food was great and brought out on time for everyone. I was kept updated throughout the night in terms of payments by the bar staff. Security were excellent. Really great venue, no complaints!

I recently hosted a party at Cottons, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. The staff were absolutely brilliant, particularly the manager, who ensured we had everything we needed throughout the event. The food was delicious, and Giorgiana’s communications were prompt and very helpful.
The only minor issue was that the stage needed hoovering, which we had pointed out during our initial visit. Despite this small hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this venue for any event.

I threw a 50th birthday party for my partner at Cottons and from start to finish it was a great experience. I coordinated this event from abroad and booking the venue via tagvenue was simple, and communication with the coordinator Giorgiana was straightforward. It helps to be organized and clear in your requests so that there are no misunderstanding about expectations. During the event we were lucky enough to have Charmaine managing and she was absolutely AMAZING! Her personality, attention to detail, consideration and commitment to making sure things run smooth was PHENOMENAL. She delivered everything we needed and was absolutely the best. Rosie, our bartender, was super sweet, very helpful and her customer service was top tier. For food, we chose to do have canapès served cocktail style in 3 runs instead of a buffet and Rosie and Charmaine were fantastic at making sure everyone was fed. We also went with a rum punch fountain as a welcome drink, and it was a hit. I Would highly recommend this venue for your party.
