About FormaHQ
FormaHQ is a unique modernist structure in a vibrant area of South London and located conveniently close to London Bridge station for those travelling from further afield. It is operated by the high profile visual arts commissioner and production company, Forma.
The eye-catching podium terrace was completely transformed from an old garage block in 2021 into a distinctive cultural hub for art, architecture and the environment. The light-filled frame now houses an event space, a breakout space, 5 artist studios, a café/bookshop, and a stunning rooftop garden.
The design was led by architects Sanchez Benton alongside the artist Gabriel Kuri and has received numerous accolades for its approach to sustainability, architectural retrofitting and biodiversity.

challenge existing practices, innovate in new forms of creative expression and achieve high levels of ambition. Our extensive commitment for long-form professional development sees us work with artists from R&D, commissioning, partnership building, fundraising and production through to touring.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
