A clean, cozy interior perfect for hosting a birthday party. Hosted around 30 guests with no issues, we were able to order food to the location and the grocery store was nearby for quick runs! Plenty of chairs and tables that came in handy. Clear and friendly communication with the owners, no complaints from me!
If you plan to do lots of decorations, not being able to stick things to the wall may pose an issue.

About The Living Room Place Furzedown Venue
Fresh, modern venue for small-scale events, meetings, parties, courses. We converted a former shop, so there's a big display window—or if you want to be more discreet, simply draw the curtains. Lots of light, allowing for flexible use. Small kichen. We are in Wandsworth borough Tooting / Furzedown area and near to Streatham centre and the railway stations too. Free parking. Suitable for courses, yoga, dinners, company training sessions, baby showers, gender reveals, funeral wakes, well-behaved parties, art displays/gallery... Note we are in a residential neighbourhood so no noise or loud music after 11pm. Do look at our website for future availability, or ask for a time to come and visit!

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
