Loved the music selection and how easy it was to order drinks to the room via the QR code. The room was also very pretty, with LED lights, and a mirror for selfies, 2 microphones, and AC - which is essential these days. Very friendly staff, will go again for sure!

Booking was very straightforward and response s to questions were quick. The Den was very clean and although it says can hold 20, it was comfortable with 12. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful as well as good humoured. The food was fresh and good quality. We had a really good experience and I would happily book again.
Not a dislike as such - more that I didn’t check properly but there are a lot of stairs leading up to the Den. We had a few people with disabilities. They were able to get up there but needed some time.

Only negative is the information email, I got as it said it wasn't possible to order food on Saturdays, so we had eaten beofre. Not a big negative, just a fyi to you guys!

We had our wedding reception at The Fox and it was a total blast! Guests loved using the different floors and especially the outdoor area (which could be covered) and karaoke room. Throughout the process the team were super responsive via email about food orders, allowed my cousins to DJ and take over the sound system, and the staff were always super friendly when we visited and had more requests. We barely needed to decorate as the place is so nice and was clean and tidy for the event. They also laid on security so we really felt like the place was ours!
Some of the food could have been more clearly labeled (stuff that was vegan) as people didn't know what some of the items were.. but I think that was due to me not communicating that!
It would have been helpful to have one final meeting or call the week before to smooth out any last details but I forgot to initiate that. I think on the day all went as planned!
