An absolute gem of a space! The New York loft was even more stunning in person—beautifully designed, and perfect for capturing high-quality visuals. The natural light was easy to control, and the add-on lighting options were a great touch at a reasonable price. The location was also super easy to find, thanks to Ian’s clear directions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier creative space!
Nothing to dislike, amazing space. Heads up - you seem to need ID to enter the property, so just make sure you double check to grab that beforehand.

Ian was absolutely great. He came downstairs to get us when we had arrived at the Wick Lane entrance. The studio was absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Ian was even gracious enough to lend us some batteries and clamps. The Bow Quarter also had a Morrisons which was great and a cafe (unfortunately we were unable to visit but it was good that it was there.) We were sent a PDF welcome pack which had all the information that we needed. Ian also gave us a fob which allowed us access in and out of the building when needing to get guests. Overall the studio was great - we would defo recommend and look forward to coming to use the studio again!
It is a bit of a walk from the parking to the acutual building so that was a bit hard especially with the amount of equipment we had. The area is for permit holders only and the only paid parking that was available was on Wick Lane for a maximum of 4 hours. The 4 hour parking cost us £32 which was ridiculous. We had to move our van after the 4 hours to another parking place which was 4 mins drive away but 15 mins walk back which wasn’t very convenient. We did manage to beg the receptionist for parking and was able to pay £10 for onsite parking (although I don’t know if the same favour will be given to other people). One of the lifts in the Manhattan building wasn’t working and so that was quite difficult with moving equipment in and out which isn’t any fault of Ian’s as the studio itself was great. Also, Bow Quarter has a lot of dog owners for your information.

The host of the venue was fantastic; he was so helpful and kind. The space was great and well-priced. Tube stations were close by. Highly recommend.

Chic and versatile factory-conversion loft apartment studio with organic, cosy furniture, props, and plenty of natural daylight. Located in a Grade II listed heritage site with a modern interior and open plan kitchen.
The ultra-high ceilings, original factory windows (with blackout curtains), and floor plan offer plenty of space for lifestyle content creation and e-commerce with a 3m x 3m backdrop stand and Colorama backdrop rolls. C-stands and polyboards come included, plus a full range of photo and video lighting is available for rent.
