Venue was clean, spacious, and bright, which was perfect for a gathering for children to play active games. Bea was very accommodating and helpful on the day of the event and even the days leading up to the event. All problems and needs during the event were sorted by her, which made it a lot less stressful for me to organise and lead the event.
Price was quite high compared to the expected value. Speakers were not very loud on the day, but this may just be due to some technical issues that day.

Good location. Accessible for wheelchair users. New facilities. Clean and well-maintained. Efficient and helpful staff. Speedy response. Reasonably priced.
The microphone volume setting was a bit too high which caused feedback. Unfortunately the amplifier which has the volume setting was locked in a cabinet and it's already half way through the program.

It was so easy to book with them, even last minute -- Bea was great and very responsive and helpful getting us set up in the morning -- they had water, tea, coffee and biscuits for us, it made my life so easy when delivering an inservice training for a few hours!

FAQ

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
