Dinner is elevated, fresh and flavoursome. Cooked over fire, the menu includes chargrilled Australian banana prawns with fermented mango hot sauce, a decadent sharing Shepherd’s pie (Bowie’s favourite) and flaming tomahawks.
Bowie aficionados should likely choose to sit at the beautiful art deco bar and work your way through the eleven Bowie-inspired cocktails including Major Tom and When Ziggy Played Guitar.
