Easy to find, great place to hold a meeting, felt professional and we had all we needed. Couldn't work out the projector at first, but staff were quick to help me. Office is really close to the railway station and lots of options for lunches nearby.

So easy to book - the staff are very helpful and quick to respond to requests. I amended my booking 3 times before I attended and they were very efficient. The venue was very nice, well organised.

Our meeting rooms in Paddington are located in the top 4 floors of the very impressive 5 Merchant Square building. You and your delegates can enjoy stunning views from the open-air roof terrace but also high-quality meeting facilities with the latest technology.
Each room is uniquely designed and offers a great meeting experience.
We are very aware that the current uncertainties affecting the UK, and indeed the world, are making planning meetings very difficult for you and your delegates. To offer a little assistance in this process we are relaxing our cancellation policy until 30th April, with the aim of allowing you more flexibility to continue with your meeting plans.
